Do you have plans of creating an iOS version as well? Many/most of our agents have iPads and/or iPhones. ![]() As an Admin on our current system, I have myself and my Department agent account logged in on Firefox, and then use Chrome to log in as the system admin for when I need to see everything in the system, so I sometimes need to log into different accounts.Its a nice start and I might even be interested in purchasing the pro version if its continued to be developed. I don't mind the OSTicket logo, but having the more customized look would be nice.There is no place to "Log Out", so after telling it to Remember Me, I was unable to switch to another agent to see if the ticket list was displaying properly for different agents without first changing my password and having the auto login fail. (I can't even count the number of tickets where the subject is simply HELP!)I am however looking at in on a larger screen than a phone would have, so maybe I have more screen real estate that can be filled with more information. It would be nice if it pulled in our custom header logo for the top as well. ![]() since I don't always know who a ticket is for based on whatever they decided to put in their subject line when sending their email. We are running 1.9.5.1 and it seems to work.What I do like over the iOS app that was available from someone else in the forums, is that it does only show the tickets an agent should be able to see based on department, team membership, or assignment. I wish that it included more than just the subject information, Like maybe From as well. ![]() I downloaded it to take a look on my HP Slate8 Pro.
